Take a look at the highlights below from The Wedding Ring's Niagara Wedding Expo. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all of the brides, grooms, entourages, parents, and exhibitors who took part in and attended The Ring's Niagara Wedding Expo.

At the event, couples received complimentary entry for themselves and their entourages, in addition to an array of local exhibitors, free welcome bags, and the latest issue of The Wedding Ring Magazine. They also had the opportunity to enter into various prize draws, including the $1000 Wedding Cash Giveaway courtesy of The Wedding Ring.

The expo offered a chance to meet with decorators, floral designers, DJs, photographers, videographers, musicians, gown shops, photo booths, formal wear shops, beauty and health services, gifts, travel, venues, officiants, wedding supplies, favours & wedding registries, and much more. It was an absolutely amazing day!

This semi-annual event is scheduled to run again on Friday, February 20th & Saturday, February 21st, 2026 at the White Oaks Conference Resort and Spa Packed with creative exhibitors as well as the latest in wedding products and services. We’d love to have you join us! Here are all the details:

SHOW DATE: Friday, February 20th & Saturday, February 21st, 2026

TIMES: Friday, 7pm to 9pm & Saturday, 11 am to 4 pm

LOCATION: White Oaks Conference Resort and Spa | 253 Taylor Rd, Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON L0S 1J0

ADMISSION PRICE: Free when you register online, otherwise, just $10 each at the door

GRAND PRIZE: $1000 Wedding Cash courtesy of TheWeddingRing.ca

CUSTOM LABELS: Don’t forget to select custom labels when you register to save you time and effort when filling out ballots to win prizes at the show. (Labels close on Tuesday, Feb 17 at noon to allow time for printing.)
