VIP Ticket Holders Get More
VIP ticket holders receive skip-the-line entry, an upgraded SWAG bag, and additional ballot entries into the Winter 2027 Grand Prize draw. VIP Tickets are $30 for 2 people, plus $10 for each additional guest.
The Guelph Wedding Expo is a boutique-style show with a carefully curated lineup of local wedding professionals. It's focused, personal, and genuinely useful.
You'll find photographers, videographers, florists, caterers, DJs, wedding planners, officiants, limos, honeymoon travel specialists, and more. All local. All at the Frank Hasenfratz Centre for Excellence on September 13.
Every couple who registers receives a SWAG bag filled with The Wedding Ring Magazine and curated wedding inspiration. No purchase necessary to attend or enter the draws.

The Guelph Wedding Expo runs 11:00 am to 3:00 pm on Sunday, September 13 at the Frank Hasenfratz Centre For Excellence. Setup is Sunday morning, 9:00 am to 11:00 am.
Booth options start at $395 plus HST for a Micro Exhibitor Space, with Single, Double, and Triple booths available. Corner upgrades are limited. Every booth includes Wi-Fi, chairs, tables, inclusion in all Guelph Expo marketing, and a complimentary Gold Listing on TheWeddingRing.ca.
SWAG Bag marketing, hydro, and sponsorship opportunities are also available.
