"Working with Rena for our wedding video was a dream. She was open to suggestions but also provided many ideas for us to consider. She was responsive and answered any and all of our questions. On the day of we had so much fun capturing the most special moments. Rena had ideas we would’ve never thought of and we are so glad she did! "We got married June 15th 2024 on our family property, and used MarryMeMobile for multiple of their wedding services. It was the most PERFECT day! Rena was our coordinator for a year before the wedding. As you can imagine, planning a wedding on private property comes with many moving parts, there’s a lot to think about. Rena stayed in constant contact with us every step of the way, and arranged most of our external vendors, including; hair (Dollupwithme), makeup (BEYOUTIFUL by Emily Nicole), the day of limo and shuttle services, florals/ decor etc. We used Affairs rentals for everything else we needed (tents, tables, chairs/ benches, stage, dance floor). Rena and Dalton, along with our family, helped us set up all the decor, speakers, and lights around the property. Rena was our photographer for both the day of, and our fall engagement shoot. Look at pictures because they speak for themselves. She captured the magic of the day and we are so thankful. Rena also brought in a day of coordinator (Ashley) to ensure everything ran smoothly. Ashley is just as lovely and hard working. We did use the MarryMeMobile bar (supplying our own alcohol) which included; water, coffee/ tea, soft drinks, cups etc. The bartenders were an absolute hit with many of our guests, they joined right along with us in the celebration. They also have a champagne wall which we used for a group toast after the ceremony, highly recommend. Dalton ensured we had all the audio we needed for the both ceremony and reception. He is the best IT man, but an even better singer. He led the Hype band, and provided DJ services all day. We love this band, we loved their energy, they are perfect for any event and know exactly how to get people on the dance floor. Rena and Dalton will work tirelessly to make your dream come to life. We could not have gone through this process without them. They are the most wonderful people who have curated an outstanding team and connections in the community. We could not recommend them more. I had Rena as my "Day of Coordinator" for my wedding that was held on my parents' private property and I cannot thank her enough for all that she did. She was a big reason why my day went so perfectly. She took my stress away completely by helping with set up, performing so many little tasks for me, answering questions and keeping us on a schedule. I appreciate her so much for how hard she worked so that I could have the amazing day that I did. "We hired Rena to come spend an hour at our family luncheon to take photos because it was the first time our extended family was all together. It was a small project for Rena (who was off to a wedding later that same day!) but she treated it as though it was as special as a wedding.
