We have 3 areas for the ceremony. 1. Wooden platform – This area holds up to 120 guests on the platform (if more guests, chairs can be continued onto the grass) 2. The Point – Looking at the wooden platform area towards the water, this area is the angled forest point to the left with full forest and waterfront views. This area is great for large weddings, chairs would be set on the grass with an aisle of any size. Enough space for 250 guests 3. Hydrangeas – This is our newest backdrop area with first year hydrangeas as the focal point. These plants will be even taller next year with big white balls of flowers. There is a stone pathway for the aisle and chairs will be set up on both the left and right of this pathway. This area can hold up to 150 guests.

You will need to book the following; 1. Officiant 2. DJ – with equipment 3. Décor 4. Florist 5. Photographer We have a preferred vendors list with vendors that knows our Venue and property, if you would like this list, please speak to our Wedding Planner. If you book vendors that are not on this list, we will need all contact information to arrange set up/clean up and arrival times. You do not need to book your own planner or coordinator, Harbour does all the planning, set up\clean up and keeping you on schedule the day of the Wedding.

We are very flexible with the layout of your wedding. Once you are booked, our Wedding Planner will be in contact to start the planning process with the floor plan of the ceremony, cocktail, and dinner receptions. This is when you will choose the type of tables you would like (rectangle, round, harvest, mix of all 3). We will also discuss chair and linen options at this time.

If you love the property and are interested in having your wedding at Harbour, our Wedding Planner will do up a quote for you. When you accept this quote a 25% deposit will be due to book your date. 50% of the quote is due 6 months out from the Wedding date, 75% of quote due 3 months from your date and 100% of quote due 2 weeks from your date with final numbers and dietary restrictions. These payments can be made by cash, e-transfer, debit (at winery) or credit card (please note there is a 3% charge for credit card payments)

Yes, once you have booked, we will contact you to take advantage of this free tasting for up to 6 guests. If you would prefer to do a food tasting before you book there will be a $50 per person charge, if you end up booking with us this fee will be removed from your bill.

Yes, there is a spacious trail down to the water that your guests are welcome to enjoy throughout the Wedding. We have added a rock seating area right at the waters edge, amazing picture spot and to watch the sunset!

The tent is very bright at night, we even have dimmers on the lights to create a beautiful ambiance to your evening. There is lighting on the stairs, gardens, throughout the forest and on the driveway back up to the winery.

Guests can drive directly to the venue, the setup has been designed to pull up, drop off guests at the stone walkway and than continue down past the tent to park in the acre and a half at the far end of the open area. We provide a parking attendant to assist with the parking while guests arrive.

We currently do not have a bridal suite on site but are working on one. There is a hotel 2 minutes down the street, many local B & B’s and you may also bring in a camping trailer to use as a Bridal Suite.

The Venue space is yours for the day, if there is early set up that needs to be done we can plan to accommodate the setup into the schedule. There are no other bookings on the property, you have exclusive access. Town of Lincoln has a bylaw that the noise levels must be at a lower decibel at 11pm. This means that we must lower the bass to not disturb the neighbours, however, this does not mean the party is over, and your guests don’t even notice. All events end by 12am.

You and your photographer are welcome to take photos any where on Harbour’s property. If you would like access to the cellar, this will need to be arranged 2 weeks prior to Wedding to be sure it is available for photos. I would recommend using our preferred vendor for photography as she knows the property well.
