Natalie Zima, owner and operator, was driven “by a strong will to work as a family and take on a challenge. The property was purchased and repurposed into a full-service event center. The hotel was renovated, vacant space turned into event rooms and a restaurant was built on the principle of fresh, simple ingredients. After years of hard work, passion and dedication to hospitality excellence, a century-old, neighboring chapel was purchased and fully restored to add to our portfolio.” Natalie has 25 years of experience in the industry and has event planning in her blood! It is Natalie’s goal to make her couples’ wedding day be everything they have ever dreamed of.
In fact, as part of executing dream weddings, Stoneridge Inn is committed to offering an innovative and creative service. “I worked closely with Natalie and Maggie (the decorator) and they gave me several options of layouts for each room that we used and told me the pros and cons of each. Located at 6675 Burtwistle Lane in London, they are the only full-service hotel and conference center from here to St. Thomas. Stoneridge Inn has been in the wedding business for over 25 years and has seen hundreds of happy couples tie the knot.

They had hotel accommodations right on site and a big enough room for how many guests we invited to our big day! With three ballrooms to choose from, Stoneridge has various spaces for the most intimate wedding all the way up to an elaborate reception for as many as 200 guests. The lovingly restored, century-old, Rose Chapel is historic, rustic, simple, and quite frankly, stunning. The chapel is very popular for wedding ceremonies and photos and can seat up to 150 guests. Since it is a non-denominational chapel, you can even bring your choice of officiant!
Your guests are sure to be in awe of the beautiful brickwork and charming central arch. “From the first time we walked into the Rose Chapel, we knew it was a 100% yes and we didn’t need to look anywhere else!” says bride and groom Roslyn and Mike. The Rose Chapel can be booked separately if you already have another reception site in mind, but it is quite convenient to have everything all in one place!

Packages and Prices
With all-inclusive packages from $85-$175 per guest, a la carte menus, grazing tables, brunch and pub grub receptions, there’s so many ways available to feed your guests suiting your personal style and budget. “Our Executive Chef is continually developing inventive menus and will personalize a menu to suit the unique choices of each couple. Any special dietary or cultural requirements can also be accommodated,” says Natalie. With Stoneridge Inn’s versatile spaces and offerings, you can hold not only your ceremony, but also your engagement party, bridal shower, rehearsal ceremony and dinner.
With Stoneridge Inn, you not only experience all of the venue’s conveniences, but you are able to tailor your day to your unique taste and wedding style! “I remember going to another venue when I was still shopping around and telling them some of my ideas and they said ‘well, this is our package, take it or leave it’ and I was SO taken aback by that! At the Stoneridge Inn, Natalie did everything she could to make every idea I had come to life! Wondering how much an all-inclusive package will cost? The average Stoneridge Inn wedding for 100 guests is approximately $16,975 and includes The Rose Chapel for the ceremony, linens, chair covers, three-course meal with hors d’oeuvres, alcoholic beverages, taxes and fees. You should also note that there is a non-refundable deposit of $2178 due when booking your wedding, $678 for rental of The Rose Chapel and $1,500 towards the reception space.
Your ballroom/reception area options:
The Town and Country Ballroom is 3300 square feet and holds up to 200 guests. This room features large windows overlooking the water feature and gardens.
The Somerset Ballroom is 2106 square feet and holds up to 120 guests. This space contains a large stone fireplace and decorative mouldings.
The Townsend Ballroom is 1521 square feet and holds up to 60 guests. A fireplace along with two large chandeliers sets this room apart.
***The Townsend Ballroom adjoins The Somerset Ballroom and many couples opt to combine the use of these rooms, using one for the cocktail reception and then the other for the dinner and dance.

My total price for the venue was around $22 ,000 (for 125 guests) and this included open bar, added options to cocktail hour and late night, separate locations for our ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception, ALL of my decor and so much more! I had sent Natalie some emails before meeting about ideas I had about signature cocktails, charcuterie at cocktail hour, etc. When I arrived for our meeting, she had tons of photos printed out with ideas for everything we had talked about! She was SO willing to try to make everything work for me and bring my vision to life, and when I got the quote, everything was so reasonably priced that I couldn’t say no! On top of that, I realized that they had the Rose Chapel outside, and so my ceremony, cocktail hour and reception could all be held at one location, and my guests could stay over at the hotel! Natalie Zima – General Manager.
Natalie has 25 years of experience in event management and weddings. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History, and is a Certified Hotel Owner (CHO Certificate). Studying art history gave Natalie an eye for beautiful things that she applies towards helping couples plan their special day. Natalie loves to use her creativity to design menus, decor, signature drinks, and to help inspire clients as they navigate the wedding planning process. Natalie will meet and work with you to discuss your vision for your big day, and she’ll help you turn it into a reality.

Jacquie Clarke – Assistant manager.
Jacquie has been Natalie’s right-hand woman for over 20 years. Jacquie provides support to Natalie and couples by helping with the details of the wedding booking process. She’s an integral part of the team who makes sure your day unfolds for an everlasting experience not only for you, but for your guests.
Nikki Patterson – Rooms Division Manager.
Booking rooms for the wedding party and guests? With 15 years on the team, Nikki is a Pro and has your back. She’ll make sure everyone gets the room they need so all your guests can kick back and relax before and/or after all the excitement of the big day.
Suri Lenart – Event Supervisor.
Suri is there with you on your wedding day start to finish to make sure everything runs smoothly. Suri has been supervising our events for over four years. You’ll be glad to have Suri’s smiling face with you to make sure you don’t need to worry about anything except having fun and making memories.
