A wedding expo is an event where engaged couples can meet a variety of wedding professionals and get ideas and inspiration for their big day. It’s the perfect opportunity to taste the food, see beautiful floral and décor designs, find the latest fashions and more. Check a few items of your wedding planning to do list.

The Wedding Ring hosts wedding expos twice a year across Southwestern Ontario in the following locations: Brantford, Cambridge, Guelph, Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo, London, Niagara, Norfolk, Stratford, Woodstock.

Everyone is welcome! And no not a girls only event, Tons of grooms attend and even some Father’s-of-the-Bride or Groom will be there. Bring your bridesmaids, groomsmaids, groomsmen, maid or matron of honour, sister, brother, father, mother, grandmother, etc. The more the merrier! However, sometimes large groups of people can be overwhelming because everyone has their own opinion. So, it is up to the couple who they want to bring!

No need to print your tickets in advance, simply give us your name or display them on your mobile device at the show!

Yes, discounted tickets are sold online or you can buy tickets at the door.  Please note that we accept cash or EFT only at the door!  ATM’s are onsite but sometimes they do not work. 

Each company requires space to demonstrate its individuality and creativeness.

Yes, there are a lot of prizes and give-aways at the Ring’s Wedding Expo. Many vendors have registrations at their booth. The main prize, a $1000 shopping spree courtesy of Wedsy.ca will be drawn and announced at the end of the show. The Grand Prize Trip will be drawn and announced at the end of the season at our last show.

Parking is free at most locations. Hamilton is $15/day to park in the parking garage.

We do have a few vendors who have offices and stores throughout our cities who will be at many of our expos. Most of the exhibitors will be unique to the area. We do our best to connect the regions most talented local wedding professionals with the engaged couples who’ll love working with them.

You are welcome to take photos of your favorite gowns/formal wear on the runway.
If you find an exhibit or product that you want to photograph, it’s polite to ask the vendor for permission. Most will be happy to be part of your wish list album. 

PLEASE NOTE: All Expos will be photographed and/or recorded. By entering the expo, you are granting the Wedding Ring permission to possibly use your image in connection with advertising and/or promotion of The Ring’s Wedding Expos.

Yes, coat check is available at all shows by donation to the MS Society of Canada.
