TELL US MORE: The Elsie Perrin Williams Estate is a beautiful heritage home-turned wedding venue and museum. Constructed in 1917, the building is a mix of architectural styles. On the outside, Spanish Revival stucco and the tiled roof will make for a gorgeous picture on our steps or balcony, or inside, the British Arts and Crafts style dark wood and homey aesthetic offer just as many photo opportunities.
We tailor the wedding experience to you. Rental of the Estate comes with chairs and tables, and we have three caterers that we work with to make the day perfect for you. We have several different packages available to make your wedding or event as smooth and stress-free as possible, with options for setup days and even another day’s rental to have a bachelorette party, engagement party, or whatever you like! All wedding rentals come with separate upstairs spaces to get ready for both you and your fiancé. Both rooms are equipped with ensuite washrooms, and gorgeous, historical furniture to make yourself comfortable.
We have the indoor capacity for up to 120 people cocktail style, or 80 seated. Outside, we have plenty of space for 150 guests be it under a tent, on our stone patio, or simply on our beautifully maintained grounds. We also only book one event per day – so the property is available for your exclusive use!
With our magnificent parkland, you won’t even feel like you’re in busy London. Windermere is a beautiful area with tall trees, a lush yard, and plenty of pretty flowers and greenery. With several popular spots to host your ceremony, we are certain we can find you something perfect for you.
