Celebrate your special day at Willow Tree Golf & Event Centre, where we offer a warm and inviting setting for weddings of all sizes. Our wedding packages include everything needed to make your day run smoothly and comfortably, with options to suit different tastes and styles.

What’s Included:

• Use of our banquet space for up to 7 hours

• In-house tables and chairs, linen napkins and tablecloths in white, black, or grey

• Full table setup with cutlery, flatware, and basic centerpieces

• Up to 7 hours of bar service with a selection of standard and premium beverages

• Staff-passed hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour

• Menu tasting for two

• Wireless microphone and PA system

• Poured wine service during dinner

• Cake cutting and plating (excluding standard package)

• Late night hot or cold buffet station

• On-site wedding specialist to assist with planning

• Setup and teardown of venue-provided items

Meal Options:
Choose between Plated or Buffet service styles, each with two tiers: Simply Elegant and The Premium.

• Plated Menus include hors d’oeuvres, pasta, main course, salads/soups, and dessert. Premium options feature higher-end selections such as ribeye steak, veal chop, and seafood.

• Buffet Menus include hors d’oeuvres, pasta with choice of sauce, salads, main course with carving station or entrées, side dishes, and desserts.

All meal options include fresh rolls, seasonal vegetables, and choice of starch (e.g., garlic mashed potatoes or rice).

Optional Add-Ons:

• Décor package with head table, florals, candles, and up-lighting

• Stationed charcuterie board, seafood upgrades, or lobster tail add-ons

• Wedding cake service (for plated packages)

Late Night Buffet Options:
Choose from hot selections like sliders, porchetta, and fries, or sweet options like Belgian waffles, fruit platters, or gelato. Specialty late-night stations are also available.

Bar Options:
Guests can enjoy a cash bar or upgrade to a 4-hour or 7-hour open bar. Non-alcoholic receptions and bartender arrangements can also be accommodated.
