The personalized service and standards of great hotels in cool up & coming neighborhoods. The Laundry Rooms were created as a solution to the growth of extended-stay business and leisure travel. Whether traveling solo or with family, we have one- and two-bedroom layout options to accommodate everyone’s needs.The Laundry Rooms are unique and chic - where suites are much larger than the average hotel room granting room to work, stretch, play, and entertain in privacy - just as guests would at home. Perfect for short- and long-term accommodation for people relocating for work, coming into town for work or leisure. TheLaundry Rooms option is more economical than a hotel, with our fully equipped kitchens, each having full-sized appliances, including a fridge, freezer, oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Allowing guests to maintain their health and lifestyle, each one of our beautifully designed units comes with in-suite laundry facilities.That's not all….We’ve teamed up with some smart people at Carbon Neutral Club, while we are not experts on sustainability we work with people who are. Working daily to improve our business as it relates to the environment.  We choose our partners and vendors based on environmental credentials. We design and have our furniture made within 100 km and all of our bathroom amenities are made locally. We currently have locations open in Hamilton, Waterloo, Kitchener, and Cambridge, with more locations to follow.What makes us different?
