TJ Durnan Photography clients are brides, grooms, actors & divas who want fresh, candid photos
Paula Churchill and her fiancé are the first to admit that they weren’t looking forward to their engagement photo shoot. Both being a bit camera shy, they couldn’t imagine anything more awkward than sitting for hours, posing for pictures. But at the same time, they didn’t want to regret not having these precious moments of their engagement captured on film. So, they mustered up some enthusiasm and headed out to meet their photographer......

Family owners bring dedication, expertise & quality to the forefront of the tuxedo market
In the past, The Ring has visited and called Collins Formal Wear countless times in an effort to do research for our brides and grooms. Every single time we approach Collins, we are greeted the same way each customer is greeted - warmly and with appreciation. Even with tons of weddings on the go, clients filling their rental locations, and lots on their plates, the three owners of Collins Formal Wear - Lynda, Brad and Curt Collins never fail to provide exceptional service to each of their clients, which likely has something to do with the fact that they believe "shopping for a tux is like shopping for a wedding gown. It's not a decision to be taken lightly." It's for this reason, and for their extensive selection of high quality, exclusive formal wear, that The Ring decided every groom (and his bride) should know what we know about Collins Formal Wear.

One Great Day Photography keeps it real, gets the whole picture and earns global recognition
Ralph Heinze and Ange de la Chevrotiere of One Great Day Photography say they don’t take photographs; they create them. Their images tell a story – your story - as it happens naturally throughout your wedding day. It’s photography that’s inspired by environment, available light, emotions, the naturally occurring chaos of people and life, and the core philosophy of the WPJA (Wedding Photojournalist Association) – “keep it real, tell a story and let people be themselves.” As a result, both Ralph and Ange are winners of the highly competitive international WPJA competitions and deserve to be at the top of any bride’s must-see list.

Why The Ring?

The Ring is different from most wedding web sites and magazines because we go further than advertising for vendors or basic wedding tips for brides. Each advertiser Interviews & Reviewed in The Wedding Ring selects wedding professionals for their reputation, their cool-factor, and by the the fact that we've met them, like them, and want to tell you all about them. Many vendors have been recommended to us by other brides and wedding industry experts.  The Ring's staff has done its homework - researched, interviewed, checked references, and more - to find great services that can work with all different tastes, budgets and preferences. You'll have lots of options to plan the perfect wedding but not so many that you don't know where to start. The Wedding Ring is a community and a concept that's designed all around what real brides need and what professional wedding vendors have every right to expect.

Hiring: What's a bride to do?

When you're faced with hiring services for the most important day of your life, based solely on who's phone book ad is the biggest, who has the nicest logo, or who's 'blurb' in a web site ad sounds best... When there are thousands of florists and hundreds of photographers... how do you choose? By getting free access to all of the details, prices, options and recommendations you'd normally spend months trying to find. The Ring is changing the way Toronto area brides plan weddings.
