With a natural attraction to floral design, Natalie Webster creates personalized wedding flowers with her own unique ideas combined with the style of her couples through her company, Village Vines. Natalie's floral designs, from bouquets to boutonnières and centrepieces to ceremony arrangements, are inspired by everything she sees and a desire to make each arrangement memorable. It's this, combined with a personal touch and affinity to go the extra mile, that has Village Vines' clients raving, not just about Natalie's gorgeous florals, but the designer herself, whom they all say they connected with on a personal level.

In the past, The Ring has visited and called Collins Formal Wear countless times in an effort to do research for our brides and grooms. Every single time we approach Collins, we are greeted the same way each customer is greeted - warmly and with appreciation. Even with tons of weddings on the go, clients filling their rental locations, and lots on their plates, the three owners of Collins Formal Wear - Lynda, Brad and Curt Collins never fail to provide exceptional service to each of their clients, which likely has something to do with the fact that they believe "shopping for a tux is like shopping for a wedding gown. It's not a decision to be taken lightly." It's for this reason, and for their extensive selection of high quality, exclusive formal wear, that The Ring decided every groom (and his bride) should know what we know about Collins Formal Wear.

On your wedding day, Heidi Faul has the privilege of capturing your story through a series of natural, thoughtful and emotional photographs through her company, Images Photography. She believes that these photographs show a great deal about the bride and groom's personalities, their love for each other, and the love among their family and friends. "For me, it isn't about the grand sweeping portrait, the fashion edge or the over-romanticized scene. It is about a real love story where the couple commits to a lifetime together in front of their family and closest friends. What an honour for me to be able to capture that for them!”

Story by TheWeddingRing.ca
John and Lindsey met in 2004 when they both attended a concert of Chinese music in Montreal. Lindsey's roommate introduced the two, which led to the group getting together for tea. They must have hit it off because after this outing, Lindsey found herself visiting places where she hoped she would bump into John. She got John's phone number through a mutual friend and the two shared an exciting first date. Within four months, John and Lindsey were living together. Full story.

By the time Joshua Barath proposed to Valerie Vafiades, their relationship had already spanned two continents (North America & Australia) and two and a half adventure-filled years of work, school and play. “We had some of the ups and downs that most long distance relationships do but we made it work... We had an amazing time traveling across the country together.” When Josh proposed during a weekend getaway at the Oakwood Inn, he brought out a treasure box with sand and the ring inside and got down on one knee. “There was a poem about walking on the beach and building a life together... I was on cloud nine. It was fabulous!”
