Eliminate Cellulite
Cellulite often has nothing to do with being overweight as there are many thin women who are not overweight and still have cellulite because of their bad eating habits and exercise absence.
To remove cellulite you need to understand what cellulite is. Cellulite is a fatty substance that is found under your connective tissues. As it accumulates it pushes against the connective tissues and makes the skin pucker and ripple. Yikes, gross, is our first and for the most part, only reaction.
The best way to start with ridding of the cellulite is to drink a lot of water. At least 10 8oz glasses of water daily. If you are going to start to get rid of cellulite and the toxins stored in it, we need to give your body a way to flush it out.
Of course you all know that you need to develop an exercise program that is designed to help remove your body fat content. Exercise is an effective way of reducing the amount of cellulite that you have. Effective exercise programs will need to include cardio, strength training and flexibility training. You should try working out at least 3 to 4 times a week.
FOR EXAMPLE: For cellulite on your buttock muscles the best exercises are the leg lifts (15 reps with each leg) and squats (20 reps) as you know this can be done anywhere, anytime and only takes a few seconds.A great way to tone up your muscles is with a strength building and resistance program. Studies have shown that improving muscle firmness can help you get rid of cellulite. Concentrate extra time on muscle beneath the areas with lots of cellulite, but create a total body workout for best results.
Stick to a low calorie diet. Cellulite is not exclusive to overweight women, but eating healthy will keep the size of your fat cells small. Avoiding saturated fats, coffee , salty foods and soft drinks as well because all this increases the possibility of fluid retention and thus to suffer cellulite. Processed fatty foods such as sausages, cheese, biscuits and cakes, are particularly bad, often full of additives, salt or sweeteners, which increase the accumulation of toxins in the body. Foods that are great for reducing cellulite are raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, bananas, mangoes, papaya and foods that rich in vitamin C. Other foods that strengthen the skin are oily fish, chicken, grapefruit, tomatoes, apples, spinach, carrots and avocados.
You can purchase a moisturizer that has a sunless tanner mixed in. The moisturizer will hydrate you skin and reduce the severity of the rippling. The sunless tanner will darken you skin making your cellulite less visible. This is a great cosmetic trick to hide cellulite while you work on lowering your body fat content.
Try skin brushing. This technique is very simple and relatively inexpensive. Simply use a loofah sponge or a soft body brush and scrub your hips, thighs and belly. This not only helps you to exfoliate, but it also stimulates blood flow and supports lymph functions. This will help to minimize the appearance of cellulite.
Once a week put a generous layer of castor oil on the skin over the parts you are working on, put the old PJs on that you don't care about and go to sleep like that. This helps to increase your lymphatic drainage and get rid of trapped toxins!
Don't get discouraged - change takes a while, but this will help you lose weight too!
Best results can be seen after about 3 months of treatment.
Quit smoking (if you do). Many smokers have large concentrations of cellulite, making researchers think there may be a connection between smoking and cellulite.
Cut caffeine from your diet. Unfortunately, one of the toxins in cellulite appears to be from caffeine. However, many anti-cellulite creams use caffeine. Caffeine if applied to the outside of skin may help reduce cellulite. Rubbing coffee grinds on cellulite is a popular choice for many people, though researchers question its efficacy.

Condemn Bra Fat
I have recently received emails on to how to get rid of bra fat or cellulite.
Here are methods that will help strengthen your back muscles which in turn will help pull your shoulders back, so you stand taller and appear leaner. You'll also play sports and perform chores with more ease and be less likely to suffer from back woes. The following exercises target the muscles on your upper back, and around your bra. Do two sets of 10 to 12 repetitions, with a 30 seconds of rest in between, 2 - 3 days a week. Allow a day of rest between workouts.
Obviously, if you have some extra weight to lose, you'll have to shed those pounds to see results. But if your problem is just flabby muscle, you'll see visible improvements in 4 - 6 weeks.
Bent-Over Row Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, back straight, and knees slightly bent for support. Hold a dumbbell in each hand. Keeping your back straight, bend 90 degrees from the waist and allow your arms to hang down toward the floor, palms facing your legs.Squeeze your shoulder blades together, and bend your elbows, raising the dumbbells up to either side of your torso. Hold, then slowly lower back to the starting position.Seated Back Fly Sit on the edge of a chair with your feet close together and a light dumbbell in each hand. Lean forward from the waist, and let your arms hang down next to your calves, with your elbows bent slightly and your palms facing each other.Squeeze your shoulder blades together, and raise the weights to your sides in an arcing motion until your upper arms are parallel to the floor. Pause, then slowly return to the starting position.Upright Row Stand with your legs about shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent. Hold a dumbbell in each hand, arms hanging down at the outside of your thighs, palms facing back.Squeeze your shoulder blades, bend your elbows, and pull the weights up and out to the sides until your elbows reach about shoulder height. Pause, then straighten your arms and return to the starting position.
