Most Challenging Planning Element: “Finalizing the guest list.. and it never got easier.”
Easiest Planning Element: “The photographer! We knew as soon as we met Erin she would be great! She was so easy-going and on-the-ball, and her assistant was amazing too! He even tied the groom’s tie!”
Favourite Part of the Prep: “Getting my flower girl and ring bearer ready! And buying many outfit changes for them..”
Favours: Clear frames to go with the photo booth strips.. they included each guests name to double as place settings.
Hair: “My hair was done by Leah-Anne Knott (Grotto Hair Studio), a close and lifelong friend.. it meant alot.”
Best Exit Ever: The couple flew Jennifer’s brother’s plane – his Russian ‘Yak’- after the ceremony.. the other planes in the Hangar were the ‘T33’ and the ‘Vampire’.
What Guests Loved Most: “The dessert.. cheesecake from Aberfoyle Mill Restaurant. It’s the most amazing place full of wonderful people! There was never another option in my mind. The cheesecake is out-of-this-world good! We had pistachio encrusted white chocolate cheesecake with pistachio sauce and raspberry coulis.. amazing”
Favourite Memory: “How happy we were to be surrounded by everyone who means anything to us.. supporting us on our wedding day.”
Biggest Surprise: “The speeches.. they were beyond good.”
