How it started
The group saw the need in the Brantford community and surrounding areas for a banquet facility that was modern, elegant, and could seat a large number of guests. The conference centre can host weddings up to 550 people and will be the largest venue in the area.

The Banquet Manager and Executive Chef are the executors of the perfect evening. The Banquet provides support and guidance during the planning process to ensure all details are correct and everything runs smoothly. The Executive Chef is there with his personal touches to deliver a delicious and exquisite cuisine to the guests. An experience your guests will remember for years to come.
The business is owned by the same owners as the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Brantford which has been in Brantford for 9 years and provided couples with excellent wedding services including guest accommodations and wedding ceremonies and receptions.
