With over two decades of experience creating memorable spaces for life’s memorable moments, Steven Morgado of Joie De Vivre Events and Décor has over 1000 weddings under his belt. From concept to completion, Steven personally meets with all clients, gets to know them, their vision and dreams for their events. He then works with them to create a setting as unique as each individual’s style and taste within their budget.

At home at GTAs countless event venues…
Having worked in the wedding industry for 26 years as a freelance designer, Steven has worked with some of the GTAs biggest decor companies and at most event venues in the area. During his career, he’s built strong relationships with venue owners, management, as well as staff.
In order to build Steven’s own dream of creating a brand of his own, the time came where he knew he had to branch out. Steven created Joie de Vivre Events and Décor in 2015 and has been decorating events across the Greater Toronto Area and beyond, ever since.

Steven describes the company’s style ranging from modern chic to Victorian lace and from dramatic black velour black drops to elegant garden inspired settings. His most popular services are backdrops and head table settings.
