Who does what, for how much, and why a bride would book them for their wedding...

10. Country chic

PHOTO BY FLOWER CHILD PHOTOGRAPHYCountryside locations stole the scene in many 2009 wedding photos as couples ditched the clean lines of contemporary spaces and opted for ceremonies and receptions set amidst apple orchards, blueberry fields, rustic barns and country clubs across Ontario. Country brides and grooms had the advantage of taking their pick from countless outdoor photo opps, incorporating water features into their day (there’s almost always a stream or river nearby), and the feeling of having the world to yourself and your guests, surrounded by rolling hills and often forests.

Some of our favourite countryside locations are…
Beaverdale Golf Club
The Harvest Table at Arrowwood Farm
The Windermere Manor
Northridge Public Golf Course
The Black Forest Inn
Galt Country Club
Grey Silo Golf Course
Sunningdale Golf & Country Club
FireRock Golf Club
Elsie Perrin Williams Estate
Grosvenor Lodge
Fanshawe Pioneer Village
The Old Mill
