10. Country chic
Countryside locations stole the scene in many 2009 wedding photos as couples ditched the clean lines of contemporary spaces and opted for ceremonies and receptions set amidst apple orchards, blueberry fields, rustic barns and country clubs across Ontario. Country brides and grooms had the advantage of taking their pick from countless outdoor photo opps, incorporating water features into their day (there’s almost always a stream or river nearby), and the feeling of having the world to yourself and your guests, surrounded by rolling hills and often forests.
