♥We will start with what is probably one of the most unusual wedding photo shoot ideas ever....we kind of hate that an explanation is given for how they arrived with the extra large tea cup!  We would have loved to have come up with all the different possible scenerios as to how this came about....down the rabbit hole, perhaps?

♥Remember when we were all shocked by a few black gowns in Vera Wang's last bridal collection?  She was apparently underwhelmed by the reaction and went for broke with her 2013 collection.  Yes, Vera....we are paying attention to you!  *Seriously gorgeous gown alert!  (Vera Unveiled)

♥Ugg Boots came out with Bridal Boots.....we are speechless.  Though we love to imagine the Ugg meeting that brought this about! Anyone else see them pounding the table and shouting, "Sparkles....there must be more sparkles!!"? (The Star)

♥Obvs, the big wedding lately was that of perpetually baby-faced, he who currently rules the world, Mark Zuckerberg and his lovely bride, Priscilla Chan.  Was anyone else shocked to find out that they have been together ten years?  Where has he been hiding her all this time?  The surprise, back yard wedding was adorable, her dress has gone viral and Mark changed his relationship status on his Facebook page.  But let's cut that sweet tooth with this fascinating article about their 'relationship contract' and California community property law! ♥So...we get that our lives, in general, are pretty uneventful.  But we are still a little concerned about the general lack of reaction on the part of this entire wedding to the fact that there is a tornado taking place in the background.  It's not like they couldn't see it!  Check out the video.  We found ourselves trying to be an early warning system, "there is a TORNADO!  RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!".  Or, you know, not....

♥When did this happen?  Seriously.  We feel like we should have at least gotten an e-mail! But we love that there are now 'geek chic weddings'!!  Check out the amazing ideas in the slideshow.  Though we feel it is our civic duty to point out there is also a Geek Pride Day...(Lover.ly)

♥Wedding of the Week:  Marilyn Monroe and Joe DiMaggio - yes, as per usual, it didn't end well.  But we love the iconic city hall wedding!  And the whole 'he put a half dozen roses three times a week on her grave' doesn't hurt the romantic part of this story!
