- Every couple is unique and at Too Nice to Slice we want to make sure your
wedding cake reflects that uniqueness. Every wedding cake is custom designed to
reflect the couple. It may be that you've picked a special flower or fabric, or you
want to see your sense of humour mirrored in your cake. We provide a
comfortable atmosphere where we can sit down together and bring your cake
dreams to life.
Chrissie’s love for sugar art has been a long time coming. Starting in her mom’s
kitchen with her little toy oven, to eventually running her own Christmas cookie
business. It only seemed fitting that she follow her love to a professional level.
Chrissie took her skills to that level by completing her Masters in Cake Decorating
and Confectionery Arts in Toronto. There she studied along side fellow decorators
from the United States, Germany and Hong Kong. She recently completed her Elite
Cake Decorator certificate at the internationally renowned Klara Johnson’s School
of Confectionery Arts. There she had the opportunity to study under world famous
cake decorators.
