A visit to The Flower Box
Today I made a visit to The Flower Box for an interivew with Tihanna. I felt a bit like a kid in a candy store. The Flower Box was filled with treasures and and gorgeous flower arrangements. Seems like I wasn't he only one to love the shop. Our meeting was interrupted repeated by customers stopping in for a bunch of flowers, a special arrangement or just to say hello to Thanna. That didn't both me - while she worked with her customers, I managed o find the the perfect clock for my just-renovated bathroom.

From the Road | Special Events Show
Today, Kim Rasokas and I got to spend a day at the CSES (Canadian Special Events Show). It's a fun Toronto area show that wasn't overloaded with people, but was great for us because we met some new ultra-talented people and caught a glimpse of some of what's to come (as far as design and decor) to fabulous weddings near you.
As part of the CSES event decorators design and decorate a table in their favourite style, newest trend or coolest theme. Kim and I spent a loooong time checking out the details of every display.
Here are photos of a few of my favourites from the show...

Note: I was not surprised to see my old friends and Rock Star dj's from Star Productions. They really are everwhere!
