Brides that want planning help will love that Caitlin and the team at The Guelph Country Club can act as your wedding planner- helping you arrange décor items like linens and centrepieces. They can also recommend fantastic photographers, officiants, or any other outside vendors that you might want to book for your wedding.
Dave is the General Manager and Director of Operations at The Guelph Country Club. He is also a golf pro. With twenty years of experience in the industry, Dave has seen all types of weddings at The Club. There are three catering choices that you can choose from, with an option for every taste preference and budget.
The Club has partnered with three culinary experts; Taste Fine Foods, Appetizingly Yours and Jessie’s Catering. This lets them offer couples a portfolio of food selections so that they can find the perfect option for their wedding day. And with a wide variety of price options, there is something for any budget.
The Guelph Country Club takes care of your bar so that you don’t have to. You can bring you own wine if you’d like to choose something special for your wedding day, or have something specific in mind.
Booking your wedding
If you’re interested in booking The Guelph Country Club, you can make an appointment to see the facility in person. You’ll get a tour- you can even jump in a golf cart and see various spots like Wilke Pond (great for photos).
Most importantly during your meeting, the staff at The Guelph Country Club will get to know you, your vision and plans for your wedding so that they can give you everything you’ve been hoping for on your wedding day.
After talking to the team, they’ll provide you with a quote so that you know what your expected wedding costs will be.
Next, you can meet the caterer of your choice to discuss menu options. If you can’t decide which one you like best, you can meet with all of them! You can meet them at the Country Club or, at their own facilities. The club will even arrange a tasting for you.
When it comes to billing, you can choose to be billed in whatever way is best for you. Choose to have everything under one bill for your convenience or, you can choose to be billed by The Guelph Country Club and your caterer separately.

•A $500 deposit books your day with the expected balance due the day before the wedding. Any overages can be paid the Monday following your wedding. If less, a refund will be issued the following Monday.
