Selection, service and magazine quality bouquets has past brides raving about From the Potting Shed
When staff at The Ring first saw From the Potting Shed’s work at the Bridal Expo in Waterloo, we fell in love with their vintage-meets-French-garden style Exhibitor display, filled with natural greens, and subtle, gorgeous blooms. Another thing we loved about their exhibitor display was that it was always filled with brides! With a unique approach to creating wedding flowers that stands apart from the rest, From the Potting Shed seems to have their finger on what brides want. If you ask them, past brides (‘bridal alumni’) will tell you there are many reasons they chose From the Potting Shed – their ability to execute a bride’s vision, extensive knowledge of all things floral, extensive knowledge of many local wedding venues they’ve decorated for and their creative approach to design.

Why The Ring?

The Ring is different from most wedding web sites and magazines because we go further than advertising for vendors or basic wedding tips for brides. Each advertiser Interviews & Reviewed in The Wedding Ring selects wedding professionals for their reputation, their cool-factor, and by the the fact that we've met them, like them, and want to tell you all about them. Many vendors have been recommended to us by other brides and wedding industry experts.  The Ring's staff has done its homework, checked references, and asked around to find great services that can work with all different tastes, budgets and preferences. You'll have lots of options to plan the perfect wedding but not so many that you don't know where to start. The Wedding Ring is a community and a concept that's designed all around what real brides need and what professional wedding vendors have every right to expect.

Hiring: What's a bride to do?

When you're faced with hiring services for the most important day of your life, based solely on who's phone book ad is the biggest, who has the nicest logo, or who's 'blurb' in a web site ad sounds best... When there are 60 florists and 47 photographers... how do you choose? By getting free access to all of the details, prices, options and recommendations you'd normally spend months trying to find. The Ring changes the way K-W brides plan weddings.
